Great Oly Park. Waterfront access, trails and playground. nice bridge going over east bay drive. dogs are often walked here and allowed to run on the beach. nice views of the city and budd bay. also low tide pooling possibilities. picnic areas are available for reservation i believe, but either way there are usually some open.
