Copenhagen Furniture sells very nice, good quality furniture. I love their style of furniture--modern but also homely. They sell furniture for the office, living room, bed room, etc. And all of their items are made with fine material that's built to last. I tried out their sofas and one was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep on it....I bought it right away. They're absolutely relaxing. The store imports a lot of their items, so it might take awhile to get your order if it's not in stock. They also accept custom orders, and the workers are nice enough to guide you through the process. Their prices are no Ikea, but it's not so expensive that you can't afford it. For their quality, their slightly higher prices are worth it.

The Limn Company sells probably the nicest furniture I've ever seen. Their furniture is grand and sophisticated enough to decorate mansions. It's that nice. Their stuff has a very modern and hip feel to it as well. All of this cool furniture comes at a cost though, and I'm talking thousands. I don't know anyone who can afford this stuff, but it's just wonderful to look and dream about how you could decorate with their stuff. My rating is based on their quality and not their price tags.

Union Street Garage Incorporated is a good auto repair shop to bring your busted car to. They inspect your car fairly well, and I get the feeling that they're not trying to rip you off, unlike some other places. Your car will be fixed quickly, but it also depends on if they have that certain part that you're missing. Prices are average...but I feel like I've saved money since the workers there are honest with you and don't tell you that your car needs even more work done. Good, friendly, honest service.

They sell all kinds of shoes, but their sneakers are extreme bargains. Because of their incredible, marked down prices, sizes are hard to find. It all depends on your luck, or if the style is popular or not. Still, with so many choices, it's not hard to find something you like.

I like how they're like the only place who sells limited edition shoes. It's cool how they specialize in those items. They also sell some clothes like socks and lounge around street clothes. I would say this is a good window shopping store but nothing more.

Otsu sells vegan only clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, etc. I think their cause is really cool. I especially love looking at their bags, because I've never seen any like them before. All of their stuff is really original and different. Because their items are vegan and basically one of kind, non-factory things, they're a little on the expensive side. Buying from them won't kill your pocket book though. Their prices are expected since they're vegan.

The store's good for a browse (or splurge, if you want).

People with a sense of humor would enjoy looking through their stuff too, since they sell cards and gag gifts. Their t-shirts are also really fun here....I love reading their slogans. Wah Lian Supermarket is the average Asian supermarket located on Irving. They sell the same produce and Asian foods (packaged and non) that the other stores in that area do. The prices are cheap, though, so that's the main reason to visit. Most of their produce is fresh and doesn't require too much time to select. I wish their floors would be cleaned once in a while, though. And the smell isn't great. Parking sucks too, so just park on the side streets and walk.
