We had them replace the furnace in our house about 2 years ago now. They would have gotten a great rating from me if it wasn't for one or two "messy" employees. They gave us an estimate of costs up front and the final bill was right around the range they had quoted us. The products they installed were also great. The only problem that we had was that a couple of the employees left our house quite the mess when they left at the end of the day (this was day 1 of a two day project) and my husband and myself spent several hours cleaning up after they had left. We did let the company know and they were apologetic. All in all it was still a good experience working with them.
