If you have ever taken a ride into Chinatown you know that parking is a major concern with 1 hour meters and street cleaning rules all over the place. Most locals just take the plunge and park in a garage. Ludlow Garage is a great alternative. They're always busy but they handle the cars with care. You'll never hear them revving the engines or going for joyrides. Instead I was able to get the mechanic on duty to check out my car when I started hearing noises and he fixed it free of charge , charged me for the parts but that's ok!
