Quirky wares and fun novelties abound

Patina is a breath of fresh air just outside of downtown Minneapolis. It stands conveniently next to Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream and announces your entrance to Uptown Minneapolis as you drive south on Hennepin Avenue. The store is cluttered with items, but in a quaint little shop kind of way. They carry everything from greeting cards, to gourmet soaps, to jewelry, and kitschy stuff. It's the kind of store that if you wander in off the street, you're probably guaranteed to find something that tickles your fancy.
