In the last 10 years I have taken several different cars there. They have never once talked down to me, acted like I was bothering them with questions. One time I took a car in and it was a blown fuse. They replaces it for me for the cost of the fuse...no labor. They could have taken me for hundreds of dollars and I never would have known. I will always take my cars there.
