The buying experience is courteous and without any "games" or pressure tactics. More important to me, and I believe to others however, is the outstanding customer service provided after the sale.
A personal representative is assigned by the dealership to each customer to manage scheduled maintenance and any other service needs. Appointments for service are managed smoothly, and the dealership always includes a full car wash and detailed cleaning each time free maintenance is performed.
Rather than have to sit around the dealership while service work or scheduled maintenance is performed the service rep can arrange for a rental car ($5 a day) and get you over to get the car easily, or in many cases will even provide clients with a dealership car to enable you to go out to shop or eat while your work is performed.
Who can argue with the change to try out a brand new Vanden Plas while your car gets it's oil changed and detailed?
