Excellent customer service

This is the place where I had rented my son's violin. When he was taking lessons at school. They were very good with him in measuring his arm lenghth and his hight to make sure that the violin was a perfect fit to my child. The staff was so kind and gental with him, because my son was very shy. This place has almost every instrument around. And the staff has so much knowledge on all the instruments that they carry in the store. All I know is the customer service is outstanding.
