We bought an Outback from Carter Subaru two years ago. The buying experience was fine, and the car salesmen did a good job. However, since then, my experience with the service department has not been good. Two co-workers related the same impression with Carter as well. All three of us appreciated the initial sale. But the poor attitude of the service department, including its managers, leaves much to be desired.
