Donated by Seattleites Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sperry Kerry Sr. in 1927, Kerry Park is 80 yards long and 30 yards wide, and sits high atop the south slope of Queen Anne Hill. The view is gorgeous: the Seattle skyline is perhaps more visible and more striking from Kerry Park than from any other spot. Surrounded by beautiful, historic Seattle homes, the park draws lovers and dog-lovers alike, as the park is equally romantic and family friendly.

I don't trust anyone with my Golden Retriever. That's why I take my boy to Dr. Sullivan at the Animal Care Center on University Avenue. The Animal Care Center has the latest in animal care and nutrition to keep your pet as healthy as possible. Very affordable, they'll keep your best friend up to date with their vaccinations, as well as keeping you up to date by calling and reminding you when your pet needs their next set of shots. I've found no better vet in Oxford. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan and his staff for your veterinary needs.

A small but comfortable venue, conveinently located in Ballard, that hosts an array of mostly local indie acts, and attracts an eclectic crowd, the Paradox boasts clean bathrooms and ample sitting rooms, and meter free street parking, all of which compliment the all-ages atmosphere. The club is volunteer run and is non-for-profit, much like Seattle's VERA Project. Though less-hip and more-clean than the VERA Project, the two venues feels similar - a small staging room (The Paradox can't seat more than 500) with a typically young crowd - and both usually play host to local bands.
