Franklin's Service is conveniently located nearby both downtown Arcata and Humboldt State University making it a perfect auto repair shop for anyone in the area. The service department provides prompt and friendly service. I first came to Franklin's for a SMOG check and one of their employees kindly walked me through the entire process, which was very reassuring. The price was reasonable and overall the experience was great.
