97 Cent Plus is a cool alternative to the larger chain of 99 cent only stores. They offer lots of different things to buy from and are really cheap. The place is usually pretty clean and organized; and the staff is usually pleasant. I've never seen the place get too crowded, so parking and such isn't usually a problem.
