We have 2C40's that have issues, and have had nothing but trouble with this manager at this particular store. Raleigh is suppose to honor its lifetime warranties on frames, both bikes have cracks in the frames, and we've got nothing but the run around from this manager and the company. Totally not satisfied and I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone
