I've used this store for some of my corporate awards and, while they did a fine job, they just weren't personable. I didn't feel like they communicated very well with me either over the phone or in person. Prices also seemed really high to me but I guess, since they're the only show in town, they can charge what they like! Again, quality of the work was fine and if you need something done right, they can do it for you.
