Credit Union Woes

We belong to First Technology Credit Union. We used to like it and have no problems. However, it is now a nightmare. When we go in person, you can expect to be there an hour due to software problems. The staff can not even do the transactions for you that you need because the computer system does not work for them. We have had charges posted that we did not make from places we have not been. We then have to fill out papers to get the charges reversed. We have had to change our credit card numbers because we do not know how the charges got to our cards. Our new cards then work for a day or two and then get inactivated mysteriously. When you call, the card then gets reactivated and they say sorry our mistake. This has happened too many times recently. When on-line to check accounts, repeated tries to get the current month does not work. It can take a half hour to check your account. I do not recommend this credit union.
