This place came through when my husband needed to buy "It's a boy" candy cigars at the last minute. In addition, they also carry decent party supplies such as, balloons, novelties, door prizes and decorations. They have a supply of humorous cards for various occasions. And of course, they deliver balloon bouquets all over the Seattle area. These can be clearly viewed on their website. The location is convenient to downtown businesses.
