scissor-hand not only has a great name, but also the great atmosphere of a good, old-fashioned barber shop, complete with the candy striped poles. unfortunately, they don't give the greatest haricuts, and the prices are a little high for men's haircuts - about twenty dollars. they're better with shorter men's haircuts than longer ones.
