Helpful, good location

After a semi-tramatic experience with Windemere, where my roomates and I were refused a place based on our age, Excel properties was non-discriminatory and very helpful. Anne-Marie Kriedler, the president, has always been super-nice and knowledgable about the current Seattle market--especially in the Greenlake area. We have used them as our agent to acquire 2 rentals and a condo puchase, and have never been disappointed.
