These guys have been nothing but trouble for us since we bought our VW 2 years ago. Previous to that, when I had a Toyota, I had nothing but good things to say about any of the 2 or 3 different Toyota dealerships I'd had service done at, for everything from little things like oil changes to more significant repairs. Larson VW service constantly is getting confused about what they've done, they take extremely long periods of time to do even simple things like oil changes, and are just generally tightwads with their repair services who are difficult to communicate with. Take your VW elsewhere, and if it's warranty work choose a different dealership. We're done with this place. more
