This is a place that reminds me of the food available in my hometown in West Texas. We go there alot, because of this and the fact that nothing else in the area comes close. The prices are very reasonable, the service is good, and the food is very good. They have a bar if you're so inclined. On Sundays they serve a very nice buffet for a great price. It has different kinds of enchiladas, tacos, burritos, etc, etc, and all the trimmings.

If you don't want to mess with the large car sales "factories" in DFW, and don't mind paying just a little more for this kind of personal service, you should consider this dealership. In 2002 I bought a used Chevy Malibu, and I dealt directly with Mr. Tedford. He was very friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to give me the best deal on my trade-in. In fact, the reason I initially considered using them is because of the good trade in deal he offered. I have since taken the car back to them for some warranty work, and everything went smoothly.

This nursery is just down the street from us. It is a very large local nursery, and they have a very wide selection of plants and trees. Also all sorts of landscaping materials. We stop by when they're having a sale. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the prices are waaay too much for us. Even though we'd rather deal with a local company, we end up buying stuff from WalMart or Home Depot, and pay about 1/2 the price. If money were no object, I would wholeheartedly use them.

Mr. G. is great at cutting hair, and lile most barbers, is a good conversationalist. There's not much to say about a barber. He cuts your hair like you want. I took my oldest son to him for his first haircut, and despite my son's trauma, he did a great job with the cut, and was very kind and understanding. One problem is that because he's good at what he does, you will wait unless you get lucky and arrive in a lull. Bring a book.

I like this book shop. They have a great selection of paperbacks and hardbacks. It's a neat little local shop with narrow aisles chock full of books. They have a generous trade-in credit policy, and will donate your unusable books to charity for you. I have almost always been able to find a few things I want at each visit. They also have some CD's and old records, which is cool.

I have eaten there three times, and it's been hit and miss on the food. The first time, we liked it pretty well, the next two times were enough that my wife and I decided not to return. There was nothing wrong with the food - it seemed freshly prepared with fresh ingredients, it just didn't taste all that good. Too salty, and other than that a bit bland. It has a nice atmosphere in a converted old home.

I am writing to recommend Saturn Road Church of Christ preschool. They have an excellent qualified staff, and also teach music and bible classes. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 2. Ages run from 18 months to 4 years old. They also have a kindergarten, depending on enrollment (not enough students some years). The price is reasonable, as well.

This a nice little mom and pop type Italian resturaunt owned by some New Jersey imports. They make great food, and the prices are very reasonable. The food always tastes fresh, and the bread they bring out before the meal is some of the best there is. I recommend the Napoli salad as a meal if you're not in the mood for pasta. The ambiance is a bit utilitarian, but the food is great, especially at their prices.
