I have seen quite a few good acts here recently. The bookings are pretty solid, but the layout of the space makes it tough to see. The stage is far away from most of the views and it's tough to get around. The alcohol is an average price. Overall a good place to see a show!

I've been to a few events put on by the Radish. They have a great staff, very friendly and helpful. The food isn't cheap, but is delicious. After attending quite a few weddings this summer, I can easily say that the Radish is far better than other catering alternatives.

I booked my honeymoon flight through STA last week and it was a great experience. I had been frustrated working online to find deals, and actually got a much better deal through their agency. On top of that, the agent that worked with me offered us a number of unique options that we had not considered, and we ultimately chose one of these. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Rain City has been my video store now for about 3 years. The staff is great with their service and recommendations. The selection is above average. The standard new releases, but also some pretty good selections of older films. The main selling point for me in convenience. They have 3 locations, but I only go to the one on 32nd/65th. With the punch card you can get movies for about $2.70 each, with 2 for 1 coupons on the back of Ballard Market receipts.

Majestic Bay has been a great addition to the Ballard neighborhood. A renovated facility, the new seats/screens are great, and the movie selection is typically fairly good (mainstream films only - but they hit the better titles and quite a few family friendly pictures). The only drawback is that it is a bit spendy, but for the occasional movie the nice theater and convenience are worth a little extra.

Located in Wallingford, this spot is constantly crowded with groups waiting outside and patrons running in for carryout. We love to grab take-out and enjoy the variety available. The steadfast is the chicken skewers and the mixed veggie skewers. The California roll is also excellent. We're not experts on Japanese food, but this is a favorite stop in the city for cheap, quick cuisine. CALL AHEAD OF TIME IF POSSIBLE FOR TAKE OUT ORDERS!!

Shortly after I moved to Seattle 5 years ago I found LA Auto and have been happy ever since. Mike, the manager/mechanic is a great guy and is always honest. We've even had him turn us back for repairs recommended by others when they weren't necessary. They are very affordable, and have covered all different types of maintenance/repair for us. We take our Honda and Volvo there and are never disappointed.

My friends and I walk down to Conor Byrne's once every 3-4 weeks, and have a great time. The alcohol is affordable, there is typically some good live music and the crowd is very laid back and pleasant. No hard alcohol, which is lame, but you can go next door for shots. The beer/wine are great though.
