unexciting but not unappetizing

Bistro Vino is a one-of-a-kind dining experience in downtown Everett, as the only classy wine restaurant around. It doesn't hold up to Seattle standards, but isn't particularly bad in and of itself, and is great compared to other offerings in Everett. Menu is decent, but not awe inspiring. Prices are a bit on the high side. Atmosphere is great for Everett, not great for Seattle. In all, if you don't want to go to Seattle, go to Bistro Vino for a classy evening. If you're looking for something nice, drive south.
