Bistro Vino is a one-of-a-kind dining experience in downtown Everett, as the only classy wine restaurant around. It doesn't hold up to Seattle standards, but isn't particularly bad in and of itself, and is great compared to other offerings in Everett. Menu is decent, but not awe inspiring. Prices are a bit on the high side. Atmosphere is great for Everett, not great for Seattle.
In all, if you don't want to go to Seattle, go to Bistro Vino for a classy evening. If you're looking for something nice, drive south.

This is a pretty typical salvage store. The usual assortment of home and garden pieces, in various condition, can be found here. With a large warehouse (poorly staffed) down the alley out back, they actually have quite a bit of inventory. Much of it is not priced, so one must ask the owner when he's asking for many of the items. This opens the door for some bargaining, to which the owner seems somewhat amenable.
This is not a junkyard, you're unlikely to find a screaming deal because the savvy owner is very in touch with the market and prices to sell to the middle-upper end clientele. Prices range from reasonable to crazily expensive, though things on the upper end of the scale seem to be either difficult to find or well-restored. Things that are well-restored are lovely, and I believe they specialize in lighting.

Their menu has a good variety and I've never eaten anything bad here. Margarita's are generous and well-concocted.
One thing I will say is that a friend once ordered something to be vegetarian, but it came with chicken. The server was extremely apologetic, replaced it immediately, and didn't charge us for it.
Great prices, too.

I like cats, so I don't mind their company as I browse the stacks. It was great when this place was open all night, so I was sad to see that end. Also, haven't been in a couple months, but did they sell off half their store and reduce their size?
Best feature is the list of stupid questions behind the cash register. Love it.

Kate's is Great! Their brunch menu is extensive and interesting and the service is friendly and fast. I had a delicious cheese omelet that was 9 parts cheese to 1 part egg. Yum. Very good prices, too!

This place has some of the best omelets around. Not too long of a wait to get in on a weekend morning. Great service, decent prices.

Great brunch menu that features old favorites in exciting reincarnations. The buffet/bar is fabulous, with fruits and whipped cream. The long wait and the tables packed in like sardines are not so fabulous, though. This isn't the place to go when you've finally drug yourself out of bed and are starving for brunch.

What's to complain about? Central location, good service, sufficient menu, excellent beer, classic pub ambiance. Love it.

These cupcakes rock! They are super sweet, but oh so yummy. The only one I haven't loved was the lavendar-frosted one. But maybe I'm just no fan of eating lavendar flavor. Otherwise, tasty goodness...

Hopefully this little gem will stay quiet and secret! This restaurant has long been a favorite of my family. Servings are ridiculously generous and very flavorful. Servers are knowledgable and just flirty enough to make my sister and I crack up. Small and intimate, this is a great date restaurant. Although there's crazy garlic in everything, you'll both have the same breath, so it isn't that bad!
Love the lentil soup and the Shish Tawook.
