On the two occasions I've used this business I've had very helpful explanations of the problems with my car, quotes that are in line with the final bill, and a clearly presented invoice.
When broken parts have been removed from my car, they will keep them to demonstrate the problem.
Unlike some shops, they don’t seem to find scores of additional issues that have never manifested but require fixing immediately.
