I'm a big fan of Sal's Pizza (on the downtown mall). It's quiet, cozy and has a great outdoor seating area. Furthermore, the food is great. It's usually pretty simple, but it's consistently been very good. I've had the spinach tortellini and a couple different types of pizza, and all have been excellent.
There's something about the red checkered tablecloths that made me feel at home.
