For the true "aficionado" of sushi, this is the only place to go for sushi in the Boulder-Denver area! Yes, this even includes Denver! As one who is very, very, very particular of the quality and freshness of their sushi, no one even comes close to Sushi Tora. If you try all the rest you will know what I am talking about! My Colorado, Japanese and European agree. Sushi Tora is the only place they will eat sushi when they are in town.
