Try the Hush Puppies or Biscuits with gravy. There Memphis Ribs are the BEST and are so tender they fall off the bone as soon as you pick them up. They use real smoked wood to flavor not artificial smoke the others use in NYC.

LaParma is one of the finest Italian restaurants on Long Island. It's ala cart family portions are enough to feed four. No Menus everything is fresh on the board. Their appetizers such as the claims oregano are out of this world and the veal LaParma is excellent. One of the few places that knows how to make escarole.

Rosa's makes the best pizza in the world! I used to go to the original Rosa's when I lived in Queens. Shortly after moving to Huntington I realized to my delight that they open one here. I seems that many of the places I grew up going to are moving to Huntington. They make, what we called in Queens, an upside down Sicilian that is a must try. Also, there fresh mozzarella slice and eggplant rolls are excelent.
