We bought our Accord at DW and that's the only place that's ever serviced it. After discovering that the other Honda dealership in town had a much less expensive service charge I let the good folks at DW know and they now match any price that I can provide from the competitors.
The sales process was smooth as butter and our salesman continues to follow-up with us from our purchase over a year and a half ago.
If you are considering a Honda, which you should since they rule, I can't say enough about ole DW, they're just the best in town, no doubt about it.

We purchased our Jeep Wrangler out of town, but ever since we've lived here it's been serviced at Southeast. They are a good store, very easy to get to you, and will even drop you off in a limo to wherever you need to go if you are getting your car serviced there. Their labor rate is very reasonable and they've never even tried to sell me something other than what I went in to have done.
The dealership is always clean and the employees are always cheerful and nice. I cannot speak for the sales end of this store, but from a service and service department standpoint I can't speak highly enough.

I don't even like Harleys, but when I went to this store for work and talked with the owner for a couple of hours I was ready to buy one. I had to meet with the owner of the store for work and the guy is cool as ice. Additionally the store is laid out perfect, there is tons of leather gear available, they have bikes and bikes and bikes so no matter what kind of HOG you are looking for I'm sure they have it, and if they don't I have no doubts they could find it quickly.
If you are into these kind of bikes at all and live in Nashville, there is no better store in the metro area than Harley of Cool Springs to get your fix.

I went into this store a few months ago very interested in a Vespa. They had just landed the Vespa franchise and had barely started unpacking the scooters.
I ended up talking with the owner and he's a complete tool. He thinks he's so cool and he was really annoying me the whole time I was talking to him. If you are in Nashville and want a vespa this is pretty much your only option.
My finances changed a little and I wasn't able to get the scooter when I wanted, but when I do buy one I'm considering driving to Memphis and buying it from the store there, just so I don't buy one from the guy here.

If you are looking for a good paper store right in the city social graces is a good choice. Located right in Hillsboro Village they've got a full line of most major papers, stationaries, and cards.
The service is usually alright when I go in there, but it's nothing that will knock your socks off. The store is very full of racks, tables and displays so if you don't like cramped spaces you might not like it because there are a few tight squeezes as you browse the store.
However if you've are strolling through Hillsboro Village it's definitely worth stopping in, you never know what you'll find inside.

RPS is definitely our fave stationary store in the Nashville area. If you can make the drive to Franklin you won't be disapointed. They've got a great atmosphere and a great location right on main street in Franklin.
If you are looking for customer wrapping paper, a full line of crane's paper, unique cards, or custom invites I would highly recommend RPS. We've spent plenty there and always been very satisfied.

As a friend of one of the people that makes sure the buildings that Ad-Vance cleans get cleaned, it's pretty impressive to know how committed they are.
My friend will stay until 3:00 A.M. to make sure that a building is clean the next day for their client if that's what it takes and that is a committment that is held company wide.
If I was in charge of signing up the folks who clean the building there would be no question who I'd call, Ad-Vance.

Sunrise is the company that does our condo complex and they do a good job, but they like to show up early. If you sign them up to do your condo complex, I'd recommend trying to get them in an afternoon slot. Thankfully they come early on the weekdays now, before it was the weekends and there's nothing quite like the sound of synchornized lawn mowers at 7:30 on a Saturday morning.
I'm not sure what we pay them, but for the most part our complex looks nice, except of course the grass in front of ours, but it also happens to be heavily shaded from all light and rain, so that's not the landscaping company's fault.

This used to be our pharmacy, inside of our old Harris Teeter, but since we moved out of Belle Meade we no longer go there. The staff at this pharmacy are awesome though and always incredibly friendly. The prices are what the prices are but the service is what sets them apart.
I would highly recommend going on the weekends because the guy that works is awesome and very fun to talk to. If you live close to this HT I'm jealous, but appreciate the awesome store you've got, because not everone has such an amazing grocery store and pharmacy around the corner.

If I'm going to a coffee shop, nine out of ten times this is the one. The little house the shop is in, the mismatched furniture, the local art on the wall all make it my kind of place. Located on the edge of Berry Hill and easy to get to from anywhere in town I think it's the best coffee shop in town.
The food is great and from what I understand the coffee is too (I'm not a coffee drinker). However I can speak for their tea, smoothies and hot cocoa and they've all been excellent. Their iced teas are also quite good on those hot summer days.
