They were fabulous when I took my dogs there on my honeymoon last year. They were very patient when I was psycho and called and checked on them many times! They prefer that in fact to someone who doesn't really care about how their dogs are doing. In fact, when my dog got sick there, they did everything they could to take care of him while we were on our honeymoon.
