I used them for my first home loan, and at the time they had the best rate available. Mortgage brokers couldn't even give me a better rate.
I have also used them to get a great rate on a used car. The main branch is not located in the nicest part of town, but it is very close to downtown Honolulu and you know how I am about parking. They have a HUGE lot that always has spaces available.
