Probably the worst massage I've ever had

I've probably only been to about 10 spas in my lifetime, but I've been here twice. (Once as a gift from my husband and the other time a family girls' gathering) Both times I was dissappointed with their massages. Therapists were sloppy and I left feeling very unsatisfied. On the upside, their spa facilities were nice and well maintained.
