Silent World's staff really seemed more about selling us everything possible than getting us interested in the sport. Everything they had was brand new and very expensive. They also tried to sell you on a series of classes that would blow out your wallet. When the sales person found we weren't biting, he became very aloof and somewhat hostile, especially when I began asking questions about some of their equipment and policies.
