Extensive experience in managing financial affairs and planning taxes for high-net-worth individuals and families ($5 million and up). Particularly good at arranging tax affairs to minimize effects of alternative minimum tax (AMT), which is very important for holders of incentive stock options. It is only fair to disclose that I consult for Stanford Investment Group two days per week.
