I took one of the cooking classes at Chef's Warehouse. I wanted to take one of the classes that had hands-on instruction, so that set me back about $45. While the class was somewhat informative, the lady teaching it wasn't that great of a chef herself. She helped run a restaurant that I was familiar with, but had never been to, and after I took the class, I went to see what it was like, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the food there either. I was interested in learning about her particular type of cuisine, but I could've spent my money better by just buying a couple of good books. If you're going to take a class there, you're probably better off finding a class where you know the chef is good, and you could probably get just as much from an observing class as you would from a hands-on one, so that'll save you about $10.d
