Century Stereo is one of those few, what I would call, semi-boutique home theater/stereo stores that treat their new potential customers well. Every time I've been in there, there has always been someone to greet me and ask if I have any questions. I did sometimes and in each case, they were helpful either answering my question or finding an answer. They get a great rating from me because I had purchased a center channel speaker at one of their open box sales. After inspecting it again at home, I saw that the grill material had a little tear in the corner. Either I missed it or it got torn when putting it back into the box. I called Century a few days later and without question, had placed an order for a new replacement grill. With normal open box/demo sales, the equipment is sold as is and they probably didn't have to order me a new grill, but they did. So I highly recommend them for their service and support.
