A great museum with a marvelous collection. The building is as much a peice of art as the peices it houses. It's all so beautiful. There are even free nights every once in a while if you are a thrifty art fan.
The walker has the ability to showcase any type of art. There is an auditorium for music and plays, even a resturant by Wolfgang Puck. I can't think of another museum that is as complete as the Walker.
And right across the street is the sculpture garden which is free, or you can go to the Guthrie Theater in the same day, if you like.
