The Touchstone Bakery café has tons of delicious options for vegetarians, vegans, and everyone in between. They have wheat-free pancakes and waffles, bird friendly coffee, vegan biscuits and gravy, and even vegan wheat-free pizza. They sell handmade delicious breads in lots of varieties including sourdough, seven grain, walnut wheat, and more. The Bakery is a worker-owned cooperative and the staff is super friendly and fun.
