While I can’t speak for the hair salon in the front of the store (I get my hair cut next door) the nail salon in the back is top notch. The prices are more like the ones you would find in Manhattan ($6 for a regular manicure) but it is well worth the extra money. The manicures I get there last the full two weeks and the ladies who work there are all lovely. There is a large selection of polish colors (Essie is their main brand) and they offer the quick dry topcoat ($1 additional). If you have the time and some extra money, splurge for the spa manicure and/or pedicure ($15 & $25 respectively or $35 when go for the Spa Package). The products they use smell heavenly and I walk out feeling like a new woman. The massage chairs used for all pedicures are worth the cost alone – my one gripe is that they charge an extra $2 for heel scraping. In my experience this has always been a part of a pedicure and not an additional cost.
