The teachers here are nice and are not "boring" The long classes are broken up by a lunch, which is easily satisfied by the resturaunts around it. They offer a rebate if you pass the DMV test with a perfect score, and they really want you to pass, and try to hepl you if you need it. I passed the test here on my first try and always recommend it to my friends. They also have coupons in the Penny Saver and High School newspapers...so start clipping! This is the perfect place to start your driving career!

A small storefront does not do it justice. This store is completely devoted to lacrosse and the local high school teams around it. If they can't find it in-store, it is ordered for you, or they call around and find it. THey can pretty much answer any type of lax question, and can perform multiple stick services while you wait, in store. It's prices are competive and the are very helpful. I definatly recommend this to anyone who plays Lacrosse in the San Diego area.

Bagels are baked fresh daily, and are usually still warm when you get them. They also make FRESH SQUEEZED orange juice and smoothies. The sandwhiches are to die for, especially the "Golden Scramble" breakfast sandwich. Everything is made fresh and quickly in the small, but popular, cafe/bakery that almost always has people in it. It competes with the Starbucks next door for buisiness, adn it is not uncommon to see the all-to-familiar brown paper bags in Starbucks next door.

Well, they ahve a good selection at average prices, somtimes a little steep. The staff could be a litte bit more friendly. They offer lessons and repairs. However, when ever you go in, the staff member just looks at you like you are just another no-it-all "bando" learning for the first time. You are treated liek you don't know anything about music, and they are Mozart. Everytime i walk in, i get a feeling that makes me immediatly want to leave. I only recommend this place becuase it is very close to people living in Rancho Peñasquitos.

This little local bike shop is a great place to purchase or get a bike. However, if you are a serious hardcore biker, this may not be the type of place you are looking for. It is perfect for getting your recreational bikes fixed, or purchased for that matter. They do repairs, check-ups and sell accesories. I have beent here a few times and quite like it. The staff are very nice and willing to help. Services are performed well on time, in a quick matter. I definitaly recommend that you check this place out if you need to purchase a bike, or get a repair.

It's a smaller cafe, and every once in a awhile they let the elementary school kids have a concert inside, sort of a "live music". This type fo community awareness puts it alittle bit higher on my scale. However, it still is a just a coffee shop, and not too much more. In other words, its ok, there is nothing bad about.

These people are excellant if your TV broke and you are not ready ot purchase another, high priced one. They come and do pick-up and drop off for 50 dollars, while other places charge double that....
These people are excellant if your TV broke and you are not ready ot purchase another, high priced one. They come and do pick-up and drop off for 50 dollars, while other places charge double that. Although service is a little slow, up to two weeks at times, they always come out in the end and fix the problem. When they brought mine back and it broke again, they came back out and looked at it agian free of charge. I definitaly recommend this place if your tv needs repair!

High orices, but are easily "over-come" byt the five dollar membership which gets you like 2-3 off each item. The staff is friendly and they greet you as you walk in. It's a small store but they have tons of items, from clothes, to shoes to boards to wetsuits to surf accesories. They have a large sale about once or twice a year. All of teh staff is knowledgeable and eager to help you if your not sure what to get. The check out is quick and lines are not very long. A definite recommendation if you don't want to have ot go all the way to the mall or the coast.

Scripps Clinic in San Diego has very nice doctors and staff. They are very helpful and friendly. The doctors do care about you and try to get to know you. All of the departments talk, which ensure that if you need ot get an xray for your primary doctor, all you do is walk over the xray dept. and get it taken care of. You then walk back to your primary doctor and he has a copy. It all works hassle free. They have a small optometry shop nin the lobby, and they used to have a pharmacy, but not anymore.
I would recommend this clinic/doctors office to anyone who is currently looking for one. They do accept insurance (supposdly there is a new trend where doc's only accpet cash)
