One of the world's most famous bridges is none other than the Golden Gate. If you are not afraid of heights, I would recommend walking the bridge. My wife was a little nervous at first, but that soon passed when we were 1/4 of the way across. The walk is 1.7 miles one way. The typical fog makes it a little hard to get some good photos. You can get to the park by car or bus (as we did).
