I'd recommend CJ's Eatery. It's located in Belltown, making it easy for downtown and QA commuters to get to work. I've had a few breakfast meetings there and never had a bad experience. They have good food, service, open early (7:00 a.m), and easy to find. Breakfast menu is a complete offering (everything from bagels, frittatas to tofu sautees).
