Pure Food Fish is the best seafood market in the Pike Place Market. They don't put on a show like the guys down at the entrance to the Market, but they do have better quality seafood at lower prices. They generally focus on what is fresh, with some more exotic frozen items thrown in. Prices are very reasonable and they happily filet and pack your fish in whatever manner you request. If you want a recommendation, they'll tell you honestly what they think will best suit your needs.
