Kuk Jea is huge Korean supermarket that not only has all your unique and hard to find Korean groceries, it has most everything you'd find in the American grocery stores as well. They have a large produce, poultry and seafood and grocery section with a large variety of selections to choose from. They also have cooked foods and a little cafe and bakery section if you want to stop in for a meal. Definitely recommended!!

Raintree Cafe is a good breakfast place to go on any weekday or weekend morning. They've got your typical eggs, bacon and toast breakfast for less than $4 and they are cooked to order. The meals are a good size and are prepared really well. Kind of reminds me of mom's cooking. You won't find soggy eggs here. An excellent place to go!

This American/Korean eatery is a hole in the wall. The cafe has 1 dinning counter that
seats about a maximum of 11 people. The staff are very nice and
friendly. The menu consist of your traditonal American breakfasts:
bacon and eggs, pancakes, etc. I saw an item on the menu that I haven't
tried before. They have hashbrown sandwiches. The hashbrown sandwiches
consist of meat, cheese, onions, and hashbrown. You have a choice of
Korean BBQ Beef as an option. Art's Cafe is a great breakfast eatery.

Ocean Taqueria is a small taqueria with great selection. They have
burritos, quesadillas, tacos, nachos, and more. I have tried the carne
asada burrito. I have to say it was very good. They throw in onions
and peppers. The beef isn't pre cooked. They grill the beef when you
order so it's nice and fresh. Ocean Taq burritos come in all sizes:
baby, regular, super, and even jumbo. Give it a try. They have 2
locations.

Barney's is an awesome hamburger joint where they serve all different types of hamburgers and other dishes if you aren't up for a burger. Their ingrediants are really fresh and the burger sizes are huge. It's a really good place to go if you are starving. The curly fries are good with your burger and they come in half or whole size orders. The half size is good enough for 2 people to share. There are 2 locations. The one in the Marina cross Chesnut is usually hard to find parking.

When Yummy Yummy first opened, the quality was superb and you really got your bang for your buck. They have been opened for a few years now, and I realized that their prices have gone up, the dishes have gotten smaller and their food is just not what it used to be. Itโs still a good place to go, but beware, the wait can be long if you go during typical meal hours.

Loi's is a mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant located on Irving Street in San Francisco. It has really good phoa noodles and other traditional Vietnamese dishes. What makes them good is the homemade soup broth that they make. The prices are really reasonable ad you'll leave there really satisfied. Awesome for a cold, foggy SF day! It's the best I've ever had!

Happy Hoagie is a small hole in the wall hoagie shop. One of the best
sandwiches I ever had. Start off with their Original Italian Hoagie.
That comes with Salami, Coteghino, Mortadella, Capicola & Provolone.
They have a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches to choose from.
They even toast their sandwiches. Just like Quiznos but cheaper. They
make sandwiches from scratch so if you fax in your order, your sandwich
will be ready when you get there. The fax form is available on their
website along with their menu.
