Turtle Bay Grill & Seafood is located in Foster City. They have good dishes that are prepared with very appealing presentation. There is also an oyster bar for you oyster lovers and happy hour every weekday evening. I found the restaurant to be a little pricey but not too bad if you’re looking for fine dining once in awhile.

This is a great Chinese seafood restaurant. It’s clean and pretty upscale and the prices are definitely reasonable for the quality of food you are getting. They have good sized portions burritos and each order comes with a bag of fried tortillas. They take orders by phone also, so you can call it in and pick it up faster since parking there isn’t too good. There are 2 other locations in the City as well.

Pearls also offers internet connection so you can bring your laptop and spend hours there. University. The restaurant is actually in an old victorian house. It's
a hot spot for college students / teachers and employees of corporate
downtown. They have burritos, quesadillas, tacos, dinner plates, and
nachos. Their nachos were reviewed as one of the best in the Metro
publication. Last but not least, their Orange Sauce (Hot Sauce) is one
of a kind. It's not your regular Tabasco or Cholula tasting hot sauce.
It's smooth, creamy, and it kicks!!! You have to try it for yourself.
They sell the Orange Sauce for $6 a bottle.
