Awesome Vietnamese Phoa Noodles

Loi's is a mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant located on Irving Street in San Francisco. It has really good phoa noodles and other traditional Vietnamese dishes. What makes them good is the homemade soup broth that they make. The prices are really reasonable ad you'll leave there really satisfied. Awesome for a cold, foggy SF day! It's the best I've ever had!
