The baby stuff here is likely stuff you wouldn't mind having in your home. A nice treat from the super-cutesy stuff at Babies R Us. But, you pay for style! Merry Go Round sells higher end baby stuff and the price matches.
I've actually found the service to be pretty spotty. In the several times I've been there, never once was I approached, greeted or helped. I might actually have bought something if I was (I decided to spend my money where they acted like they wanted it!).
