Worst Customer Service

A water heater purchased and installed from Day and Nite Plumbing was installed on 10/30/2002. The warranty was 6 years, and I noticed that that water heater was leaking profusely on 11/2/08. I called that evening, and the tech said that they should warranty the water tank, since it has obviously been failing for a few weeks. I turned off the water and under advisement of the tech, called the next morning. They neither honored the warranty the next day, but they hung up on me!
