A water heater purchased and installed from Day and Nite Plumbing was installed on 10/30/2002. The warranty was 6 years, and I noticed that that water heater was leaking profusely on 11/2/08. I called that evening, and the tech said that they should warranty the water tank, since it has obviously been failing for a few weeks. I turned off the water and under advisement of the tech, called the next morning. They neither honored the warranty the next day, but they hung up on me!

E-mail access to Dr. Frank, quick and responsive appointment times, and the trust that I have never experienced with a primary physician make it easy to see why this is the medical practice of the future.
Dr. Frank is intelligent, kind, caring, and passionate about giving the best advice. I would emphatically recommend him to any and everyone, including my entire family.
Dr. Frank has many credentials, graduating at the top of his class, years of E.R. practice, and strives to know about the latest and greatest trends in Medicine. If you are thinking of a new doctor, you owe it to yourself to interview Dr. Frank and his experienced staff.

Settled in the middle of Belltown, this restaurant has everything a Hollywood Movie Star would want... Only, this is Seattle, and in Seattle, Jeans seem to be appropriate anywhere. However, this is one of the few places in Seattle that you may just feel under dressed if you show up in Jeans.
Great food, wonderful atmosphere, a pianist serenading the crowd, a fantastic bar with pricey drinks with a few leeches, a cigar room and Jazz music in the basement!

During our initial meeting, Jon was professional, organized, direct, and to my surprise, didn't walk out immediately when I listed my home requirements. Queen Anne, affordable, washer/dryer, modern and clean. This list didn't include the thousands of other details that continued to evolve in my mind.
Throughout the process, Jon communicated with me on a regular basis and consistantly located properties that met most of my criteria. While looking at properties, Jon was objective, knowledgeable, accommodating and focued. I never felt uncomfortable or felt as if I needed a second opinion to make sure Jon wasn't leading me down a slippery slope. Jon remained calm and composed in working with me, which I have been told is challenging in general.
Jon found me the perfect condo on Queen Anne that was afforable, clean, containing a washer/dryer, modern and with a large balcony. Jon made the process easy, as close to fun as possible and generally stress free. Jon accommodated my many requests, often times on a moment's notice with little fanfare. I highly recommend Jon and look forward to working with him again!"

Welcome to the best Mexican restaurant in Seattle. Large portions of authentic food, numerous salsa and food selections, the cheap prices, and the atmosphere that makes you think you have just stepped into a restaurant in Encinada, Mexico. There is no bar, but they do serve at least two different types of beer.
