This is a park located in Shoreline. It is easy to get to as it is only about 2 minutes from I-5. The park itself is pretty small - about the size of a city block. There is a third of a mile walking/running track that circles the park. Off to one side is a very popular skatepark that seems to be always full of mini Tony Hawks. Next to that is a kiddie area with a mini climbing wall and a jungle gym. In the middle of the park are two adjacent baseball fields.They also just added a small shelter which can be easily rented out. Call the number listed above if you want to make a reservation.

Interbay Golf Center is a great place because it offers so much in a very compact amount of space. They offer a multi level driving range, a full 18 hole putt putt course, and an 18 hole golf course. I recently went there on a work function and we played the putt putt course in about an hour and a half. The prices are reasonable as well. The cost for a bucket of balls for the driving range is about average as well with the facility being clean and pretty well maintained. Nothing beats trying to hit the golf cart picking up the range balls!

My wife loves this place. Everything in here is cute, soft, smells nice, and is a MUST HAVE. They have an eclectic mix of items that seem to make women get all excited. If you are just window shopping or looking for a gift for a female friend I'd recommend this place. Or at least my wife recommends it. They seem to have a little of everything in there. Lots of candles, pillows, clocks, wine accessories, a few books, baby clothes, etc.

This hotel is a classic styled hotel. Its not fancy and it is definitely no-frills. It's located in the heart of lower Queen Anne which means its close to EVERYTHING! There are plenty of restaurants, boutiques, grocert stores nearby so you'll never be bored staying there.
Now for the strange part. It is supposedly haunted. I don't normally believe that sort of thing but the place has been around for quite a while. A friend of mine invited a business associate to Seattle and the company put up her friend in that hotel. Nothing much was said during her stay. A year later they were talking again and when she was supposed to come to town again she asked that they put her in a different hotel. When my friend asked why she said that on the night that she stayed there she didn't sleep a wink because she kept feeling a hand brushing across her face!
Personally, i've never experienced anything like that before but I'm sort of thinking that I'd like to spend the night there sometime! sounds cool. I doubt you'll get the same experience staying at motel 6!

They sell Beam Central Vacuums systems and we love it so much we use it everyday. However, the service we got from West Coast Enterprises is just ok. The people were rude and very short on the phone. Considering I spent over $1400 dollars with them I'd hope to get service that was a little more polite! Calls to their business were not returned the same day and when they did it seemed like I was bothering them with my questions.

One very important thing I took from getting my SCUBA certification from Underwater Sports is how much they stress safety. They have no patience for horsing around and will only train you if you take it seriously. They offer certifcation based on the PADI course. I feel like I am a better diver because of it. For a very reasonable price they offer classes that last about 2 weeks with 2 days of dive testing off the shore at Alki. If you take your classes in the fall the cost for the classes is greatly reduced due to the weather.

Unlike most new theaters which squeeze 20 screens into one building, the Cinerama is unique in that it only has one screen. But the SIZE of this screen is one of the biggest on the west coast.
Here's a little history of this theater. It was a classic theater back in the day showing Cinerama films. After time it became worn down and down trodden. Lovingly restored by Seattle owner Paul Allen it is now the "fan boy" place to see movies.
Aside from the screen, the reason to go to this theater is that it attracts the best audiences on opening day. The crowd is usually quite interactive with the movie and cheers are never looked down on.
When Terminator part 8 or the 12th re-release of Star Wars comes to the silver screen - be sure to see it at the Cinerama.

I've been seeing Dr Jessen for about 4 years now. He is a skilled, very proficient dentist. Even though I'm not fond of going to get my teeth cleaned at least I know they are doing a great job there. The dental hygienists they have working there are first rate and do good work. I usually hate going to the dentist because most seem to guilt you into not taking better care of your teeth. At least at Dr. Jessen's office they go easy on the guilt trips and just focus on doing good work.

My wife and I needed some doors for our new house. We intended on just going the typical Home Depot, standard door route. However we had heard about their huge selection so we just had to check it out. We ended up buying a front door and two sets of French doors there. The prices are GREAT and the staff there are very helpful and easy going. We also shopped around to different places and this was the best price and the best selection. When our doors were delivered they were well wrapped and in perfect condition.

Seattles Best Karaoke is not the cleanest place in the world but it is a whole lot of fun. You go with your friends (not sure why you'd want to go alone - thats what cars and long drives are for), rent out a room with a TV and a nice stereo system, then belt out Welcome to the Jungle or Forever in Blue Jeans with the audience comprising only your closest friends. It's a fun event and upstairs is a great bar in case you need to get some liquid courage in you before
