Poor service, fair food

I have visited Bleu Bistro twice; this restaurant should be charming, but somehow its just creepy. Each table is enclosed in a small room or shrouded by heavy curtains, so you have an entirely private dining area. Some of the tables are very poorly lit; for example, our table had a red light, which made it difficult for us to examine our food. The hodge podge menu is a binder with about 50 pages, some pages containing only one menu item. On my first visit my friend and I decided to share a bottle of wine; the wine was brought to our table having already been uncorked. Tsk tsk. The salad was accompanied by some sort of mousse or pate, but I couldn't tell what it was (the red light made it impossible to determine the color of the pate). The quality of our entrees was fair, but nothing spectacular.
